Each agent is its own small project — priced up front, small enough for one manager to approve. No subscription. No per-seat licenses. The only monthly bill is Google's usage, paid straight to Google with zero markup from us.

The truck
When you buy a work truck, you pay once and it's yours — nobody sends a monthly invoice for permission to keep driving it. Each agent works the same way: a one-time build, fixed in writing, covering the connection to your systems and the setup in your own account. Add a second truck when you need one. Nobody makes you buy the fleet.

The fuel
A truck you own still burns fuel — and you buy it at the pump, at the pump's price, with nobody taking a cut on the way. Here, the fuel is Google's compute and storage: the raw material cost of running AI, billed by Google to your own account. We add nothing on top and we're not in the middle.
Work it harder and it burns a little more — but there's no meter on how many people ride in it.

Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
Do we have to commit to all six agents?
No. Start with one and decide about a second months later — or never. Each agent is its own fixed-price project, and stopping after any of them is a normal outcome.
Does this need a company-wide decision?
Usually not. One department, one repetitive job, one fixed scope in writing — sized to be approved by the manager who owns the job.
What if the Starter Build turns out not to be useful?
You keep it anyway — it is already in your account — and you owe nothing further. We would rather find that out in three days than in three months.
We have an IT department. How does that work?
We work with them. They create the Google Cloud project and hold the credentials; we build inside it, and they can see everything we do. If you do not have an IT department, we handle the setup with you.
Do you work with companies outside the Dayton area?
Yes. The walkthrough and the build run over video calls, and the process is the same. On-site is simply easier within about an hour of Springboro.
Is there really no subscription?
Really. Our fee is one-time. There is no monthly invoice from us — not for licenses, not for 'maintenance', not for anything. The only recurring bill is Google's usage charge, which goes to your own account and stays yours to control.
Do we pay per user or per seat?
No. There are no seat licenses and nobody counts your users. Ten people or thirty — our fee doesn't change, and Google bills usage, not headcount. Heavier use burns a little more fuel, but there is no license meter running.
Who maintains it once the build is done?
You do — by dropping files in. No developers, no tickets, no ongoing fees to us. Your team learns the routine on the last day of the build; it takes minutes, not training courses.
What happens to our existing systems?
They stay. EaseOps is a layer over your ERP, CRM, spreadsheets and inbox — nothing is ripped out or migrated.
What if we part ways?
You keep everything in your ownership schedule: your deployment, data, configuration and credentials, plus a perpetual license to every component in your build. There is no lock-in to us — that's the point of owning it.
You're a small firm. Can you really deliver this?
The heavy lifting — the AI models, the security, the uptime — is Google Cloud's infrastructure, the same infrastructure the largest enterprises use. What we bring is the design and the build on top of it. And because everything runs in your own account from day one, you're never betting your operations on our size: if we disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep running without us. No software vendor of any size can offer you that.
