Specto LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is based in Springboro, Ohio. EaseOps services are provided by Specto LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us via our contact form and communication channels. This includes:

  • Process Details: Information about your business processes that you choose to share for assessment purposes.

  • To communicate with you regarding your project, inquiries, or consultation requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies. With your consent — and only with your consent — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (with IP anonymization enabled). If you decline the consent banner, no analytics are loaded. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Client Engagements: Data & Ownership

Where your data lives

Client deployments run inside the client's own Google Cloud environment. Business data processed there stays in the client's account, and — consistent with Google Cloud's data-use commitments — is not used to train public or foundation AI models. We never send client business data to public AI tools.

Who owns what

Client-owned: the deployment, the data, the configuration, and the cloud credentials — together with a perpetual, irrevocable license to every base component included in the client's build.

Specto-retained: the reusable base templates and frameworks we bring to every engagement. The client's license covers using, modifying and maintaining them within the deployment — it does not cover reselling them as a standalone product.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of service providers to operate our website and business:

  • Google Cloud Run: website hosting.
  • Email service: contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email.
