Client Data Ownership: All data processed via your Google Cloud infrastructure and the resulting AI outputs remain your sole property.

Specto Intellectual Property: Specto LLC retains ownership of the underlying "Base Agent Templates," infrastructure code, and system architecture used to deploy your solution.

No Training: We contractually guarantee that your private data is isolated in your VPC and is never used to train public or foundational AI models.

We may use trusted third-party services to operate our website and business. These include:

  • Google Analytics: For understanding website traffic and usage patterns.
  • Vercel / Google Cloud Run: For hosting and infrastructure services.
