1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EaseOps website and services, provided by Specto LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. AI Services & Human Verification
Important Notice: Human Review Required
EaseOps provides AI capabilities to assist business operations. You acknowledge that AI models can produce errors ("hallucinations"). It is your strict responsibility to manually verify all AI-generated outputs before taking any business action. Specto LLC is not liable for business losses resulting from reliance on unverified AI outputs.
3. Intellectual Property
The EaseOps name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Specto LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without express written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specto LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Specto LLC in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Specto LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Specto LLC and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
6. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Ohio, rather than in court. You and Specto LLC explicitly waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
