Security & Ownership
Your cloud. Your data.
Your keys.
Security isn't a feature we host for you — it's the architecture. EaseOps is built inside a Google Cloud environment you control, with access rules you set and credentials you hold.
Runs in your tenant
The foundation is deployed in your own Google Cloud account. Your records, quotes and documents stay in your environment — they are never copied into ours.
Access you grant
We build with permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time. After handover, access is yours to give — or not to give.
Never training material
Under Google Cloud's terms, your data is not used to train Google's foundation models. And EaseOps never sends your business data to public AI tools.
Governance
Agents propose. People approve.
Every consequential action — a customer reply, a payment hold, a contract flag — is proposed by the AI and approved by your team before it's final. Speed, without handing over judgment.
Ownership
What you own. In writing.
Ownership isn't a slogan here — it's a schedule in your agreement. Here is the plain-English version:
| Yours, outright | What that means |
|---|---|
| Your deployment | The running system in your cloud — handed over at the end of the build. |
| Your data | Every record, document and index. It never leaves your account. |
| Your configuration | The workflows, rules and tuning that make it fit your business. |
| Your credentials | The cloud accounts and keys. You hold them; we don't. |
| A perpetual license | Irrevocable rights to every base component in your build — run it, modify it, maintain it with anyone you choose, forever. |
